As a CX Operations Development Co‑ordinator at Boots, you’ll support the technology, processes, and resilience that underpin our Customer Support Centre, helping colleagues deliver great service every day. This role sits alongside the Contact Centre, reporting to the CX Operations Development Specialist, and supports the effective operation and continuous improvement of Contact Centre technology, processes, and resilience arrangements.

What you’ll be doing

  • Work closely with CX Operations Development Specialists and Managers to provide hands‑on support across the Sprinklr platform
  • Support Guided Workflows, operational process documentation, and routine technology administration
  • Ensure colleagues have clear, accurate, in‑the‑moment guidance during customer interactions
  • Own the inventory, tracking, and basic administration of physical IT equipment used by Contact Centre colleagues
  • Coordinate equipment preparation, distribution, replacement, and fault reporting
  • Maintain Business Continuity Planning (BCP) documentation and processes
  • Support BCP testing, action tracking, and ensure plans are accurate, accessible, and ready for use
  • Contribute to operational stability, resilience, and continuous improvement across the Contact Centre

Experience required:

  • Experience in an operational support, coordination, or junior technology role, ideally within a contact centre or service environment
  • Experience handling documentation, asset tracking, or operational processes
  • Ability to follow defined processes and maintain accurate records
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

It would be great if you also have:

  • Exposure to contact centre platforms (e.g. CRM, workflow, or telephony systems)
  • Experience supporting process improvement or change activity
  • Familiarity with IT equipment coordination or asset management
  • Experience supporting Business Continuity or resilience activity
  • Confidence working with IT teams or third‑party suppliers under guidance
  • A curiosity to develop technical, process, or operations development skills
