As a CX Data & Insights Co‑ordinator at Boots, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our Contact Centre is accurately planned, well‑reported, and supported by reliable insight. This role sits alongside the Customer Support Centre, reporting to the CX Data & Insights Analyst, and plays a key part in the day‑to‑day effectiveness of Contact Centre planning and reporting.

What you’ll be doing

  • Create, maintain, and continuously update Contact Centre schedules to align resources with forecast demand, service targets, and operational constraints.
  • Keep schedules accurate and up to date, reflecting changes in demand, resourcing, shrinkage, and business priorities.
  • Support stable service delivery by working within agreed planning assumptions and frameworks.
  • Produce regular management information and reporting outputs, including standard dashboards and MI packs.
  • Ensure performance data is timely, accurate, and reliable through routine data validation and quality checks.
  • Work closely with operational leaders, Real‑Time teams, and the Data & Insights Analyst.
  • Support forecasting inputs, arrival pattern analysis, and hours‑based planning activity.
  • Contribute to effective decision‑making across the Contact Centre and develop capability in planning and insight disciplines.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Experience producing operational data, reports, or schedules in a contact centre or fast‑paced operational environment.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with data sets, reports, and standard dashboards.
  • Ability to balance service requirements with practical planning constraints.
  • Strong organisation and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to follow agreed planning assumptions and processes accurately.
  • A reliable, ownership‑driven approach to work.
  • Confidence working closely with operational teams and stakeholders.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience creating or maintaining contact centre schedules.
  • Exposure to forecasting, arrival pattern analysis, or capacity planning.
  • Experience supporting hours‑based planning or resourcing activity.
  • Familiarity with BI, reporting, or scheduling tools used in operational environments.
  • An interest in developing a career in data, insight, or workforce planning.
  • A practical, solution‑focused mindset with curiosity to learn.
