Overview
Sitting within the Customer Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing the personalised marketing plan and managing the delivery of cobranded communications. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best customer communications whilst driving real commercial results - both directly through the communications and by developing stronger and more personalised opportunities for our cobranded activity. It is a busy role that requires a customer focused mind-set, strong communication skills, attention to detail and great organisation. We are the team behind personalised, creative and loyalty-driving campaigns that show our customers we truly know them. From engaging emails to dynamic in-app experiences, we craft smart customer journeys that deliver the right message to the right person at exactly the right time. Working closely with our brilliant data teams, we use insights to anticipate customer needs, surprise and delight them, and highlight the most relevant of our amazing products and services. We are not just sending messages - we are building meaningful relationships that keep customers coming back. The role sits in the health, wellness and seasonal CRM team within Loyalty and delivering cobrand activity with a special focus on health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for creation, ownership and delivery of cobrand activity across all business categories but with a proactive focus on health and wellness.
- Working as a member of the healthcare marketing squad to collaborate with key stakeholders to create and respond to briefs based on business objective and need.
- Review and analyse commercial and customer impact to define opportunities.
- Assign KPIs and continually optimise the customer journeys based on KPI result.
- Collaborate with the wider Customer Marketing team to inform the total customer experience.
- Work reactively to facilitate the business asks and work at speed to meet commercial needs.

- Have a background in marketing, ideally with experience in CRM.
- Be a creative individual with a customer-first, analytical mind set.
- Have excellent relationship, organisational and communication skills.
- Be flexible, happy to give something a go, and contribute to lots of different work.
