In this exciting role, you will be at the heart of our Beauty & Brand Partnerships CRM team in Customer Marketing, delivering multi-channel targeted communications that inspire our customers to feel good. Reporting to the CRM Specialist for Liz Earle, you will collaborate with various internal and external teams to create impactful customer communications that drive commercial results for both Liz Earle and No7 Beauty Company.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering multi-channel (Email, Direct Mail, App Content) loyalty campaigns that align with Boots and No7 Beauty Company objectives, overseeing copy and creative direction.
  • Collaborating closely with the data team to ensure effective targeting and continuous improvements in data utilisation.
  • Managing team delivery plans, budgets, and reporting to ensure smooth operations.
  • Producing clear, concise, and insightful briefs to provide direction for your projects.
  • Offering flexible support for the Beauty & Brands team as needed.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves):

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A creative mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Experience in marketing, preferably in a 121 and/or digital environment.
  • A passion for Boots, our customers, and a keen interest in beauty and skincare.
  • A proactive attitude towards finding solutions.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience in managing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis.
