What You’ll Do As a CRM Assistant, you will:

  • Deliver a relevant and exciting app communications plan
  • Deliver and optimise the annual value programme in app
  • Support the delivery of seasonal campaigns during peak trading periods
  • Work closely with trading and marketing colleagues to ensure the latest Boots products and services are communicated in our app channels
  • Responsible for managing the process, from customer understanding and insight through to measuring results and reporting back to the business

What We’re Looking For A proactive individual with a passion for marketing and customer engagement; a natural ability to understand the customer and how to communicate effectively, keeping them at the heart of all campaigns. Commercially and financially aware, with a performance driven attitude to further push the development of channels. Strong organisational and process skills, with the ability to juggle multiple complex projects. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
