Looking for a Commercial Manager to join the Liz Earle Commercial Team managing the John Lewis & Partners and E-Retail national accounts. Based in Nottingham, this role is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in a leading beauty brand.
As the John Lewis & Partners and E-Retail Commercial Manager, you’ll have ownership of our retailer plans and relationships, along with full P&L accountability. You will report to the Head of Commercial and manage a Commercial Executive, ensuring that our strategies align with customer and profit targets.
Key Responsibilities

£5m P&L Responsibility; delivering monthly forecasts and performance updates.

Ownership of retailer strategies to meet commercial and profit targets.

Development and support of your direct report.

Build relationships across all functions, advocating for brand and customer needs.

Execute best-in-class activation across your accounts, landing NPD and brand campaigns on time.

What You’ll Need to Have

Proven experience as a commercial manager with strong P&L management skills.

Excellent negotiation skills, both internally and externally.

An entrepreneurial attitude with a track record of driving account performance.

A clear interest in the premium beauty market, understanding its challenges and opportunities.

Demonstrable experience in building relationships across various stakeholders.
Proven experience as a commercial manager with strong P&L management skills.
