What You’ll Be Doing

As a Commercial Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial processes. You’ll work within a small, dynamic team, reporting to the Sales Plan Governance team. Your main objective will be to maintain and support essential applications that drive our commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain users in multiple applications.
  • Act as a liaison between users and internal support teams, including IT, to triage user queries.
  • Create and maintain user-facing content and communications.
  • Ensure process compliance while delivering excellent service and meeting service targets.
  • Manage stakeholder communications with key stakeholders and business process owners.
  • Ensuring funding nominations forms progress smoothly & rectifying data/process errors.
  • Actively monitor system reports to identify data gaps and redirecting to ensure the completion of the process.
  • Maintain simple system configuration within the tool.
  • Opportunity to support the Sales Plan Governance team with wider Commercial Operations requirements.
