In this role, you will be at the forefront of our wellness strategy, collaborating across business units to deliver an omnichannel commercial plan that meets the needs of our customers. You will lead a talented team, develop strong relationships with suppliers, and identify trends to ensure Boots remains a leader in the market.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the direction of the Vitamins & Supplements category to achieve sales, profit, and market share growth.
- Developing and delivering operational plans that leverage merchandising, pricing, promotions, and innovation.
- Collaborating with key business partners to execute the commercial plan and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Building relationships with suppliers to drive growth and secure exclusive new product developments.
- Using customer insights to create compelling offers and enhance the shopping experience across all channels.
