Welcome to the Boots Customer & Category team – an exciting team at the heart of Boots UK’s growth plans. As a Category Manager - POS Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in delivering brilliant growth plans for our customers, driving differentiation and category growth.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Category and lead a dynamic team, building excellent relationships both internally and externally. Your passion for healthcare and ability to inspire others will be key as you navigate the highs and lows of trading.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute the commercial strategy across your categories, ensuring optimal delivery against our ambitions.
  • Lead various projects, leveraging your understanding of properties, space, and layouts.
  • Build strong relationships with supplier partners to create the best possible plans for our customers.
  • Optimise the P&L with an entrepreneurial mindset, pulling all available levers for success.
  • Understand customer needs and motivations, translating insights into actionable trade plans.
