At Boots, we’re looking for a passionate Category Assistant to join our General Merchandise Business Unit. About the Role
As a Category Assistant, you will play a critical role in delivering a differentiated, competitive, and customer-led range in store. You’ll work closely with various teams to ensure our promotions and pricing are spot on, helping our customers feel good every time they shop with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the delivery of customer promotions by setting up campaign offers on the Boots SAP system.
- Collaborate with marketing and pricing teams to ensure accurate setups.
- Confirm promotional funding with suppliers and maintain accurate tracking.
- Check invoice calculations and liaise with the Trading Process team.
- Support the stores help desk and customer care team with category queries.
