As an Assistant Customer Supply Chain Manager within the No7 Beauty Company Supply Chain team, you'll report to the Customer Supply Chain Manager and work closely with customers, commercial teams, logistics providers and wider supply chain functions. You will be the primary operational contact for BUK and New Markets customers, managing orders, resolving supply challenges, coordinating new product launches and ensuring exceptional service levels.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage customer orders and deliveries to ensure excellent service levels.
  • Act as the primary contact for day-to-day customer queries.
  • Monitor service performance and resolve supply risks and issues.
  • Coordinate new product launch activity with customers and internal teams.
  • Manage product listings, pricing updates and SKU changes.
  • Lead customer review meetings and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Investigate supply shortages and implement corrective actions.
  • Work cross-functionally with commercial, logistics and supply chain teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Support knowledge sharing and collaboration across the wider team.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves):

  • Experience in supply chain, customer operations, logistics or order management.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience using SAP and/or E2Open systems.
  • Experience working with retail customers.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Exposure to international or developing markets.
