At Boots, we’re reimagining the future of high street healthcare and we’re looking for an Assistant Proposition Development Manager to come join us in a high-impact role in the programme. The role will focus on supporting the development and delivery of new customer propositions and growth-focused initiatives that expand our brilliant healthcare ecosystem.
Working cross-functionally, this role will be joining the Healthcare Development team to work across our healthcare ecosystem to unlock growth opportunities through the development and delivery of an innovative pipeline of customer propositions in high-growth areas that will both improve health outcomes and support our customers in living healthier lives.
Key responsibilities
- Developing and delivering growth-driving commercial health and wellness customer propositions, grounded in customer insights and evidence-based care
- Building relationships with different functions and developing knowledge of Boots processes to land new initiatives
- Identifying and prioritising growth opportunities areas across healthcare & wellness to expand our ecosystem
- Working cross-functionally to design, test and launch concepts and how these can translate into future rollout plans
- Using data, insights and external trends to inform future proposition development and continual assessment of existing pipeline opportunities
- Building commercial models and having an analytical approach to support the financial delivery of the products and services that are delivered.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
- Passion for proposition development, innovation and improving our customers’ healthcare experiences in a role that can truly make a difference
- A growth mindset
- Experience of reviewing and analysing data, market information, customer needs and competitor insights in a commercial context, turning this information into actions
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strong experience of collaborative working with a wide range of teams
- Project management experience or other appropriate delivery experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work at pace and deliver agility in response to business needs
