What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales, aligned with business objectives and performance targets.
  • Manage and optimise Paid Social campaigns on Meta, working with agency partners to maximise ROI through audience, creative and bidding strategies.
  • Support Affiliate Marketing programmes across platforms such as Awin and Rakuten, driving partner performance and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying trends, opportunities and optimisation actions across channels.
  • Produce regular performance reports and actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies and platform partners to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to inform innovative marketing approaches.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns within Google Ads.
  • Experience running Paid Social campaigns, particularly through Meta Ads Manager.
  • Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing platforms such as Awin or Rakuten.
  • Experience using SA360 and GA4 to monitor and optimise performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving results.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience using TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Background in e-commerce or retail.
  • Knowledge of Google Merchant Centre and feed-based advertising.
  • Knowledge of SEO and PPC strategies.
  • Creative thinking and a flair for innovative marketing solutions.
