As an Assistant Go to Market Manager, you will sits at the heart of bringing together customer, commercial and marketing strategies, using the latest insights, trends and performance data to help shape compelling campaigns and growth initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Within this role you be looking to develop your commercial and marketing expertise while gaining hands-on experience in Go-to-Market strategy and campaign delivery. You will:

  • Support the creation and execution of innovative go-to-market strategies across Health, Wellness and Pharmacy categories.

  • Help develop commercial and marketing briefs using customer insights, market trends and business objectives.

  • Lead the planning and delivery of selected seasonal campaigns, customer moments and partnership initiatives.

  • Support the GTM team in delivering larger-scale campaigns, ensuring plans are aligned to objectives and executed effectively.

  • Coordinate campaign activity across multiple business units and channels.

  • Support the rollout of new products and services both in-store and online.

  • Lead for Health & Wellness NPD Forum, partnering with stakeholders to align launch plans, marketing support and execution timelines.

  • Represent the top 25 stores channel for go-to-market.

  • Monitor campaign and launch performance, identifying opportunities to optimise future activity.

  • Support the rollout of new products and services both in-store and online.

What You’ll Need to Have (Our Must-Haves)

  • Proven experience within one of the following; marketing, commercial, buying, product management, go-to-market, or category management.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

  • A passion for retail and understanding of market dynamics.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Experience in the retail industry.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
