In this exciting role, you will be at the heart of our commercial strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative plans that not only meet our customers' expectations but also drive our financial success. You’ll be known as the go-to contact for No7, owning trading plans and ensuring our brand shines across Boots' cross-category activities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maximise sales, profit, and market share by building and executing strategic plans for large-scale NPD launches, pricing, promotions, and marketing.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams including Supply, Merchandising, Finance, and Marketing to deliver exceptional results for No7.
  • Take charge of commercial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Build strong, productive relationships across teams to ensure a seamless execution of plans.
  • Embrace a creative mindset to seek out opportunities and tackle challenges head-on.

  • Strong commercial and category experience, with a knack for account management.
