What you’ll be doing
As an Assistant Change Manager, you will:
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives that enhance our operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing change management strategies that ensure smooth transitions.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
- Proven experience in change management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive approach to driving change and innovation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience in project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools.
- A background in retail or customer service sectors.
