What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as a brand ambassador across all social media channels, showcasing the unique culture and opportunities at Boots.
- Collaborate with People Partners and stakeholders to understand current and future resource needs, ensuring we have the right talent in place.
- Create innovative recruitment plans to source top talent and maintain robust talent pipelines.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process, ensuring every interaction reflects our values.
- Provide insights into external labour markets and competitive dynamics to influence hiring decisions.
What You’ll Need to Have (Our Must-Haves)
- Significant experience in full life-cycle recruitment, particularly in fast-paced environments.
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment attraction strategies, including social media and campaign management.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience in interviewing and selection design.
- A customer-centric approach to recruitment activities.
- Awareness of digital recruitment benefits and a desire to explore this area further.
