Contract: Fixed-term until June 2027

Shift pattern: 7.5 hours per week - must be available to work some weekends

Salary: The salary for this role is £26,513.19 - £30,482.35 depending on location. For this 7.5 hours role, the salary will be pro-rata to £5,302.64 – £6,096.47.

As part of the Liz Earle counter team, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and personalised shopping experience. This is a relationship-led role where you’ll build trust with customers, recognise and welcome returning clients, and develop a loyal local following. You’ll bring the Liz Earle brand to life through expert knowledge, genuine passion, and outstanding service.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to every visitor
  • Provide personalised consultations and skin services such as facials and product trials
  • Build strong, lasting relationships by understanding individual needs and preferences
  • Drive sales through confident product recommendations and sharing about our amazing offers and promotions
  • Maintain a beautifully presented counter that showcases the incredible Liz Earle range

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

  • A genuine passion for skincare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in retail.
  • A proactive approach to building relationships
  • Proven experience driving sales.
  • Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
