About the Role
You will report to the territory manager and lead advisors and counter managers in stores to create fantastic experiences every day for every customer and help them achieve targets. Your responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with stores, area, and regional leaders, supporting them in planning and achieving their goals.
- Providing expert beauty leadership for both brands.
- Leading recruitment efforts regionally.
- Advocating for and loving both our No7 and Liz Earle brands.
What You'll Need
These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed. Full training is provided:
- At least 1 year of leadership experience, ideally in a remote management role.
- A passion for people and sales.
- Experience coaching team members to enhance customer experience, providing feedback and guidance.
- The ability to work towards and improve sales targets.
- Knowledge of building valuable relationships at all levels to influence and uphold brand standards.
- Full UK Driving License is required (except for London roles). A fleet car is provided if annual mileage exceeds 10,000 miles.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
Desirable Skills
While not essential, the following skills are a plus:
- Experience in data analysis and budget management.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
