What you\βll be doing
We have an exciting opportunity to join our self-selection cosmetics category team as a Category Manager. This team is responsible for managing brands like L\βOreal, Coty, ELF, Revolution along with many smaller indie brands like SheGlam. Over the last year we have launched 8 new brands into the category and driven market share growth!
You would be joining a high performing team, but one that likes to stop and celebrate our successes and have fun along the way. Reporting into Head of Category SSC, you will:
Key responsibilities
Manage some of our biggest brands; Coty (MaxFactor, Rimmel), ELF, Revolution, 17, as well as some of our newer more indie brands like SheGlam, Milani, Essence and Catrice.
We have an opportunity to shape the role around the development needs of the successful candidate, but this role currently supports the ACMs through managing our month end process, supports on marketing with GTM and Salesplan set up.
Being a true beauty junkie is a plus, as delivering best in class NPD, new brand launches, with a keen eye for detail as the role will be responsible for landing new brands and NPD on a regular basis
This role involves building and landing market leading annual growth strategies and plans in collaboration with multiple JBP suppliers and also championing smaller more disruptive brands.

The ideal candidate for this role would thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the right balance of strategic thinking, agility and ambition. This role requires fantastic cross-functional working, relationship building and prioritisation, to enable the team to maximise all opportunities, as well as supporting in the management of JBPs, and building a support network from internal cross functional teams.
The Ideal candidate will be organised, self-driven, operationally excellent and able to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels.
