The Technology Contract Manager will support the management and optimization of technology contracts across the organization. Working under the guidance of the Senior Technology Contract Manager, this role will focus on ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and value delivery from technology agreements. The position will collaborate with IT service owners, Procurement, and Legal teams to manage contract lifecycles, negotiate renewals, and maintain accurate records of contractual obligations.
Key responsibilities:
- Contract Administration
- Maintain and update the technology contract repository, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Track contract milestones, renewals, and expirations to avoid service disruption.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing technology contracts in collaboration with Procurement and Legal.
- Vendor Engagement
- Support negotiations with technology vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Act as a liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders for contract-related queries.
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and licensing terms.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Financial & Performance Analysis
- Analyze contract spend and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Provide insights on vendor performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with IT service owners to understand technology requirements.
- Partner with Procurement and Legal to align contracts with business objectives.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves):
- Experience in contract management within technology or IT environments.
- Understanding of software licensing / hardware / technology service models and technology procurement processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret contractual language and identify risks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management tools.

- Familiarity with major software vendors and market trends.
- Knowledge of IT service management principles.
- Exposure to negotiation processes and commercial analysis.
