- Drive total cost of ownership optimisation initiatives for healthcare systems.
- Identify, plan and execute proactive optimisation initiatives to tune the application and infrastructure footprint, driving formal TCO reduction programs.
- Act as the dedicated Pharmacy Healthcare Supply Automation Lead, ensuring IT seamlessly supports business logistics teams.
- Provide end-to-end architectural design and technical oversight for business-owned automation systems, specifically KNAPP for Dispensing Support Platforms (DSP) and Centered Solutions for Regional Dispensing Hubs (RDH).
