What you'll be doing
- Involved in the delivery and implementation of our Supply Business unit plans
- Managing multiple stakeholder relationships and managing any expectations
- Collaborating daily with suppliers, looking at opportunities to improve relationships and generate operational/process efficiencies to improve joint KPIs
- Balancing stock availability with working capital, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained
- Responsible for the forecasting and right first time setup for all business activities, such as promotions, seasonal events and range changes.
- Availability-focused, through getting stock from a range of suppliers through to our stores and online to deliver the best service for our customers.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
- Retail experience or similar
- You will be organised, able to work and deliver at pace, using facts and data to make informed decisions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- You will be process focused
- Intermediate Excel skills for interpreting data sets (Pivot tables, V lookups)
It would be great if you also have
- Experience within a Supply or Supply chain role
- SAP & Power BI knowledge
