Welcome to the No7 Finance team - We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst to join the No7 Beauty Company FP&A team, reporting into the Liz Earle Finance Manager. You will support the Skincare brand Liz Earle, an entity which is part of the No7 Beauty Company. The Senior Finance Analyst role sits within the UK & ROI Financial Planning and Analysis team, a team of 7 and is part of the wider No7 Beauty Company Finance team of c20 people.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead on the monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting for the SG&A cost base for the Liz Earle entity and support other FP&A tasks across the entity.
- You will partner with a number of functions across the business, providing key insights and reporting to senior management to drive performance and informed decision-making.
The Liz Earle Beauty Co. sits within the No7 Beauty Company and is a certified B Corp skincare brand founded in 1995, renowned for using naturally active, sustainably sourced botanical ingredients to deliver gentle yet effective, visible results.
Key responsibilities
- Lead on month-end planning, reporting and variance analysis processes.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business to develop detailed budgets and forecasts for costs and key performance indicators.
- Develop a strong understanding of the Liz Earle cost base, providing clear insight, data and commentary.
- Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and revenue enhancement, constructively challenging stakeholders where appropriate.
- Manage and maintain financial input templates, ensuring accuracy, consistency and transparency.
- Lead on the entity reporting of sustainability and ESG.
- Support balance sheet and cash flow maintenance, analysis and commentary.
- Ensure data integrity within our Finance systems (Sage and Planning Analytics) and support work on future finance system developments.
- Champion continuous improvement, simplifying and automating processes and reporting where possible.
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and reporting, as required, to provide insight into business performance.
- Support the wider No7 Beauty Company Finance team on team projects and objectives.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
- Part-qualified or qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Demonstrated experience in management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- A collaborative and inclusive approach to teamwork.
- Experience across both financial processing and of management information, with experience driving improvements.
- A knowledge of Excel (Sage/Planning Analytics/TM1 experience desirable)
