As the Salesforce HR Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the optimisation and maintenance of our Salesforce CRM platforms across our HR function. This exciting role will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their vision and our external technology partners to enhance the performance and drive forward key items on their roadmaps. This role will play a critical part in driving continuous improvement, identifying system enhancements, and driving critical and complex automation across various teams. You will be responsible for shaping the future of HR systems at Boots with the user experience at the heart of your vision. Reporting into HR Systems Manager.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM in a back-end capacity or developer level, with strong technical expertise
- Experience of leading large projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including director-level
- Experience of interpreting system data using flows, integrations, and automation
- Strong understanding of system processes and the ability to communicate technical changes in a clear, concise, and user-friendly manner for different audiences
- Ability to interpret data to identify trends and improvement opportunities with a strong background in data interpretation

It would be great if you also have
- Experience or familiarity with Salesforce developer tools is desirable but not required, such as designing apex classes and APIs
- Experience managing or influencing supplier roadmaps and working with vendors to explore new functionality
- High level of proficiency across various reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Oracle is desirable but not required
- Familiarity within a HR tech landscape is desirable but not required
- Experience of working within a systems or technology function within a large organisation
- Power Automate proficiency
