Contract: 12 month secondment / contract
Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, you will provide support to all workstreams and projects within the Modernising Property Programme, ensuring they follow defined process and comply with the company policies. Proactively working with a variety of stakeholders across all functions to ensure our projects are delivered on time, governed appropriately, and inspire others with your passion for being on the pulse with accurate management of information and attention to detail.
You will play a key role in supporting the success of multiple projects, delivering big changes that support our Property Strategy ambition. You will have the opportunity to learn and refine project management skills, working closely with the Programme Manager and Director, whilst also being flexible to be actively involved and support the programme team including the Property PMO with ad hoc tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain up-to-date tracking of the programme and relevant documents including RAID logs, ensuring key updates are captured and escalated to the Programme Manager where needed.
- Minute meetings and produce meeting outputs/actions, proactively chasing and recording completion of actions across all workstreams to ensure progress is made at pace. Helping avoid delays, remove blockers and keep projects on track.
- Create and manage reporting schedules, collate status updates from workstream leads and help produce clear and concise summary dashboards and reports.
- Compile and format data, to assist with the preparation of presentations and reports, ensuring all reports are completed on time and of quality.
- Support stakeholder communication by drafting content and coordinating input for programme status updates, leadership packs and bespoke stakeholder updates.
- Manage the scheduling of key governance meetings, making sure content is prepared in time and signed off.
- Schedule and co-ordinate key meetings and workshops cross functionally, including booking rooms, making sure the correct attendees are invited, and agendas are in place.
- Ensure robust version control and structured digital filing for all key programme documents, reports and presentations.
- Proactively assist the team with ad hoc tasks as they arise and support ad hoc activities that support the programme team achieve its objectives and overall vision.
- Strong administrative, organisational and time management capabilities

- Great at building relationships - you will be collaborating with many stakeholders and functions at one time.

- It would be beneficial if you have experience of using Microsoft applications including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Power Point, Power BI.
