Overview

The importance of your role: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Boots Brand Buying - Beauty team to enable them to deliver fantastic new products to the market.

What you will be doing:

  • Providing full administrative support to the Beauty team, including arranging travel, booking meeting rooms, arranging customer and supplier visits, and issuing business award letters.
  • Maintaining system data and summarising data such as supplier quotations and presentations.

What you will need to have:

  • Good practical experience in a senior administrative or secretarial environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple levels of stakeholders.
  • Great organisational skills, a high concern for order and quality, and the ability to work to timescales with a flexible approach.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills, along with a strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

This role is subject to a DBS/PVG check. Boots is a Ban the Box employer and will consider the suitability of applicants with criminal convictions on a case-by-case basis. You will have the opportunity to discuss the matter with us before we make a decision.
