Key responsibilities
- Manage a £1m pa budget for Boots Opticians store-based maintenance.
- Ensure the safety of store teams and customers while minimising trading interruptions.
- Assign and order maintenance work to contractors effectively.
- Oversee in-year clinical equipment planning, spend, delivery, and maintenance.
- Manage the supply chain for furniture orders.

- Experience within an optical practice setting or with optical equipment.
- Significant experience in administrative roles with a substantial financial impact.
- Strong financial understanding and commercial acumen.
- Proven project management experience.
- Experience working with stores and support office teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently at pace.
