About the Role

As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our Core Merchandising rebuild plans. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Applying merchandising standards to ensure our planograms are commercially focused and effective.
  • Collaborating with merchandising specialists to anticipate and resolve problems and escalate where necessary.
  • Planning and delivering smaller rebuild changes such as NLU's, Smaller categories, or sub categories, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Creating planograms that help our stores deliver the best customer experience first time.
  • Working with internal stakeholders to ensure all rebuild relevant information is provided accurately and on-time.
