Recruitment Partner

Join the Master Data Team within Commercial Operations whose principal responsibilities are the timely, accurate and controlled management of master data.

This role ensures the accuracy, governance, and optimisation of product data, supporting both operational excellence and strategic initiatives.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • As a Master Data Assistant, you will be responsible for working cross functionally to maintain high data standards, drive continuous improvement and to provide guidance to internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Collaborate with various teams to maintain and enhance our master data systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms.
  • Assist in the development of data management processes and best practices.
  • Deliver training to internal and external customers on article master data processes, ensuring understanding, compliance, and effective use of Stibo STEP.
  • Support the team in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
  • Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), demonstrating consistent delivery and high quality output.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving data quality and efficiency.
  • What You'll Need to Have (Our Must-Haves)
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and software.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word.
  • It Would Be Great If You Also Have
  • Experience and understanding of how Commercial and Supply Chain teams operate within large, complex organisations.
  • Exposure to Stibo STEP and its role in managing product master data.
