An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Boots Ireland Marketing Team for a Marketing Manager for Healthcare, Pharmacy and Seasonal. The role is accountable for shaping and delivering the full marketing agenda across our most commercially critical areas, leading the flagship Summer and Christmas seasonal campaigns, and supporting healthcare and pharmacy strategies.
A successful Marketing Manager in this role will work across Boots’s iconic categories and brands to deliver tailored marketing activity for a local Irish audience. Key responsibilities include strategic planning and execution of healthcare, pharmacy and seasonal campaigns, ownership of implementation, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Development and delivery of a cross‑category marketing plan.
- Assessment of the healthcare commercial calendar and opportunities to maximise impact.
- Align with the ROI Pharmacy team on priorities and develop best‑in‑class customer‑first communications.
- Continuously review ROI business needs and create bespoke localised campaigns.
- Collaborate with ROI commercial teams to prioritise and support initiatives across the year.
- Work with Boots UK teams to adapt wider business activity where relevant.
- Partner with media, PR and creative agencies to integrate campaign components.
- Drive reporting and post‑campaign analysis and share outcomes with the business.
- Partner with the Boots UK ISM team to deliver sales‑plan activity, including print and digital screen content.
- Work with legal and regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with Irish market laws and regulations.
- Present to senior stakeholders and the Irish Leadership Team as required.
- Manage and develop two direct reports (based in Dublin).
- Travel to Ireland every 6–8 weeks for team, agency and store meetings.
