What you'll be doing

As an In-Store Marketing Digital Specialist for initiatives, you'll report to the Digital ISM Manager and take ownership of delivering impactful digital content across our in-store screens. You'll work at the heart of our marketing activity, helping translate brand and trading priorities into compelling digital experiences across Beauty, GM, Healthcare, and Pharmacy. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Boots, excited by digital innovation, and eager to grow within in-store marketing.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the briefing and delivery of all digital in-store content for initiatives in line with the Boots marketing plan across Beauty, GM, Healthcare, and Pharmacy.
  • Ensure all digital in-store messaging aligns with the wider marketing strategy, customer plan, and trading priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute best‐in‐class digital marketing that drives in‐store purchases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with design agencies and external partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of content.
  • Translate trading and marketing priorities into clear, actionable briefs for creative and design teams.
  • Review RTBs, manage approval workflows, and secure required stakeholder sign‐offs.
  • Publish digital content and ensure accurate playback across all in‐store screens.
  • Maintain and update the digital budget, tracking associated costs effectively.

  • Previous marketing experience is a bonus, but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what matter most.
