What you'll be doing

Welcome to the Operations Development Team (Central Operations) - this is an exciting team at the heart of Boots UK's growth plans. The Implementation Specialist role covers both Retail & Pharmacy nationwide, across the full estate. The role provides business resilience and continuity (including any training, coaching & changes landed within large projects and process changes to support cost saving projects to land on time).

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting Stores with delivery of Projects & Changes & be the main point of contact
  • Provide regular reports & feedback to key stakeholders
  • Support stores with readiness and T minus plans
  • Champion what is being delivered and be the role model of what good looks like.
  • Ensure training and process are trained and adopted to ensure right first time execution.

What you'll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Store Leadership experience (Store Manager or Assistant Manager Level)
  • Self-motivated to be able to work independently
  • Outstanding Time Management and organisational skills
  • Comfortable in delivering training and holding store to account.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Systems
  • Knowledge of Store systems and Policy and Operations.

The role requires the successful candidate to complete a Pre-employment check after receiving an offer. Depending on your location you will be asked to submit either a DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service), PVG (Protection of Vulnerable groups) or an Access NI Check.
