The Healthcare Academy Trainer will deliver training in line with the company and regional capability plan to support business initiatives, as part of a flexible training team. They lead for developing others who put people first, exciting them to exceptional performance and unleashing the potential of people at all levels to create an unrivalled customer and patient experience.
Responsibilities
- To work with the Learning and Development Manager and People Partners to deliver identified interventions, using in-store time to coach leaders on capability development.
- Engage and lead the delivery of training, skills development and knowledge in line with the regional capability plan.
- Contributes to the delivery of clinical governance and patient safety in all pharmacy and healthcare training interventions, providing feedback to the Clinical Governance Pharmacist, Area Manager and Store Leader where necessary.
- Provide feedback to Store Leaders and Area Managers on performance, attendance and contribution to training sessions.
- Provide feedback to the Learning & Development Manager on the impact and content of training interventions, to inform future design and plans.
- Work collaboratively with wider capability stakeholders to deliver quality, cost‐effective interventions.
- Be an authentic, flexible leader who develops others and inspires them to be part of the future the organisation is creating through strong belief and actions that deliver outstanding results.
