What you'll be doing

  • Drive performance to meet and exceed financial targets while advising on key commercial initiatives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with Business Directors across functions to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide insightful analysis that informs strategic decision‑making and enhances business performance.
  • Ensure accountability by holding leaders to their financial commitments and fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
  • Lead with credibility, inspire a collaborative high-performance culture that drives results and innovation.

What you'll need to have (our must‑haves)

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
  • Previous experience as a Head of Finance with a strong focus on strategic partnership and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with senior cross‑functional leaders to drive business performance.
  • Strong cash and working capital management experience, with the ability to optimise cash flow and support operational efficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and challenge at executive levels, ensuring sound commercial judgment.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience in leading finance transformation programmes that enhance commercial insight and accountability.
  • Familiarity with reporting/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, BW, TM1, Power BI).
