What You'll Need to Have (Our Must-Haves)

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
  • Previous finance manager experience with strong commercial awareness.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior cross-functional leaders.
  • Strong analytical capability and understanding of reporting/ERP systems.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Experience in finance transformation programs.
  • Cash and working capital management experience.
  • Ability to challenge constructively and drive accountability.
