What you'll be doing
As the eCommerce Trading Lead for the Skin category, you will play a pivotal role in driving the day‑to‑day trading of our exciting Skincare category on boots.com. You will:
- Oversee the trading strategy to contribute to revenue and profit growth.
- Be the digital expert, leveraging insights to drive conversion and customer acquisition.
- Manage product launches and execute the online trade plan for your brands.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure category success.
- Ensure legal and safe trading practices while meeting KPIs.
What you'll need to have (our must‑haves)
- Experience in a commercial role within eCommerce or strong retail trading/buying experience.
- A solid understanding of online trading levers and performance marketing.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively.
- Initiative and a willingness to push boundaries for competitive advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
