Key Responsibilities
- Create, own, and deliver the CRM plan and incentives.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to respond to briefs based on business objectives.
- Review and analyse commercial and customer impact to identify opportunities.
- Assign KPIs and optimise customer journeys based on results.
- Work with the Customer Marketing team to enhance the total customer experience.
Qualifications – Must-Haves
- Background in marketing, ideally with CRM, digital, or printed communications experience.

- Excellent relationship‑building, organisational, and communication skills.
