As a key member of our Finance team, you will report to [insert reporting line] and collaborate closely with various stakeholders. Your role will involve:

  • Supporting Heads of Category with insights and analysis to drive commercial decisions.
  • Assisting in tracking overall business trading performance and leading the creation of strategic plans.
  • Developing relationships with commercial teams and finance stakeholders to enhance efficiency and reporting.
  • Modelling expected outcomes of commercial initiatives and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Driving continuous improvement processes across finance functions.

What you'll need to have (our must-haves):

  • A qualification as a chartered accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data reporting and quality review, with strong Excel and SAP BW skills.
  • A proactive approach to identifying issues and driving actions to conclusion.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Knowledge of Commercial TM1 reporting and Power BI.
  • Previous experience in a business partnering role.
