The B-Hive is an inâhouse creative agency bringing to life the creative needs of some of the most recognizable brands in the beauty industry including No7, Soap & Glory, Liz Earle and Boots own brand. We combine the capability of an external creative and production team, with the speed, flexibility, and inâdepth brand knowledge of an inâhouse setâup, underpinned by years of experience dedicated to Boots and No7 Beauty Company.
As a Client Manager, you are the primary representative and face of The B-Hive. Reporting into the Senior Client Manager, you will be handsâon, managing relationships and delivering briefs across internal and external stakeholders and dealing with our creative and production team to deliver firstâclass projects.
In this role, you will be one of the key client contacts within one of our latest and highâprofile accounts, managing key retail initiatives across paid media and liaising with multiple agency partners to deliver crossâfunctionally.
Key Responsibilities:- Running projects and owning your client relationships, being confident and comfortable to challenge and develop the brief with clients.
- Managing multiple campaign deadlines, ensuring issues, risks or challenges are communicated and upholding the agency standards of ensuring great work is delivered.
- Taking the lead in client meetings, presentations, and signâoffs both virtual and inâperson.
- Being the delivery expert for your account ensuring you are pushing for opportunities and continuously proposing solutions with a positive, canâdo attitude.
- Coordinating and partnering with Project Managers to support plan, track and deliver endâtoâend projects for a variety of campaign and channel requirements.
- Proactive, continuous improvement of processes.
- Supporting the finance process, staying on top of tracking scope, estimating, and tracking budgets and ensuring monthly updates are on track.
- Supporting the wider Client Management team across accounts and workstreams, where needed.
- 5+ years Account Management experience within agency or related creative environment.
- Experience working and collaborating with media agencies and delivering creative against large media plans.
- Fluent in project management principles specifically delivering omniâchannel creative assets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels.
- Good with numbers, calculating and developing estimates for clients.
- Confident and highly organised, with good listening and noteâtaking skills.
- Smart, friendly, proâactive, and objective focused, always keeping the customer in mind.
- Passionate about producing great creative.
- Degree level education.
- Proven use of project management methodologies to deliver projects on time, to budget and expected quality.
