As part of our HR team, you will support the strategic design and delivery of initiatives that attract and retain top talent across Boots UK, No7 Beauty Company, and Boots Opticians.
What you'll be doing
- Support the design and delivery of innovative reward initiatives and lead key projects focused on colleague benefits, recognition, and wellbeing.
- Create engaging communication plans that resonate with our colleagues and align with our overall Colleague Promise.
- Manage system testing and ensure smooth delivery of changes to our benefits offerings.
- Oversee budget management and collaborate with our Events team to deliver engaging recognition events.
- Advocate for our Total Reward offer, ensuring all initiatives are fair and consistent.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
- A genuine passion for benefits and wellbeing, with a focus on enhancing the colleague experience.
- Experience in HR/reward, particularly in designing and delivering colleague benefits and recognition.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage effectively across various levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven project management experience, including budget oversight and team coordination.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience working in a retail organisation.
- A flexible and proactive approach to problem‑solving.
