What you’ll be doing

As an Assistant Influencer Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing Boots Ambassador Programme, delivering influencer marketing activity across beauty, health, and wellness. You will lead the end‑to‑end management of the Boots Ambassador Programme via AWIN and work closely with the Influencer Manager and wider brand, content and social team to support the day‑to‑day running of campaigns, talent coordination, briefing, contracting, content reviews, reporting and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end management of Boots Ambassador Channel, onboarding new talent, managing current talent relationships and coordinating new incentives via AWIN.
  • Manage our influencer ambassador roster, ensuring creators are on brand and driving revenue, while building and nurturing relationships by showing up for key moments that matter to them.
  • Identify revenue‑driving opportunities and liaise with trade teams to unlock exclusive offers with revenue potential.
  • Help plan, coordinate and deliver influencer campaigns across key brand moments.
  • Support the creation of experiential events from ideation, talent selection, communication, sample ordering, coordination, itinerary and collaboration with Marketing, trading and agencies to ensure success.
  • Support the creation of influencer briefs, reviewing content and captions for accuracy, tone of voice and brand alignment.
  • Gather performance data, track KPIs to measure impact and learnings.
  • Harness data via AWIN and Creator IQ daily, weekly and monthly to inform future decisions.
  • Work closely with brand, trading, paid media and social teams to ensure influencer content supports business priorities.
  • Coordinate product send‑outs with the Influencer Assistant and ensure influencers receive the right products at the right time.
  • Keep up to date with influencer and social trends, helping team identify new talent and cultural opportunities.

What you’ll need to have (our must‑haves)

  • Minimum two years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliates, or PR (in‑house, agency, or freelance).
  • Strong interest in influencer culture and understanding of creator tiers (macro, midi, micro, nano).
  • Knowledge of social platforms and effective content creation.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • A creative eye and confidence to share ideas and suggestions.
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
