The B-Hive is an in-house creative agency bringing to life the creative needs of some of the most recognisable brands in the beauty industry including No7, Soap & Glory, Liz Earle and Boots own brand. We combine the capability of an external creative and production team, with the speed, flexibility, and in-depth brand knowledge of an in-house set-up, underpinned by years of experience dedicated to Boots and No7 Beauty Company.
As Assistant Client Manager, you are a representative of our B-Hive Creative Studio. You will manage incoming briefs from internal and external clients and work with our creative and production teams to deliver high quality projects across multiple channels delivering editorials, photography & video, .com, CRM and screens content. You will work across Boots and supplier brands, juggling various projects and contacts simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating and delivering projects from end-to-end, ensuring briefs are ready all the way to final, on-time delivery.
- Being the key client contact and face of the team on your assigned projects with clear communication across all in-person and written communication.
- Ensuring all deliverables are right first time and meet our agency standards before being shared.
- Using and being fluent in briefing and project management systems to plan, track and record project details to agreed time, cost and specification.
- Responsible for billing and budget management of projects.
- Day-to-day management of team trackers, WIPs and monitoring the studio inbox.
- Support the wider Client Services team during peak periods across internal and external projects.
- Proven work experience gained in a marketing agency or related creative environment.
- Degree level education or apprenticeship/work in similar field.
- Good with numbers and comfortable calculating and developing cost and time estimates for clients.
- Confident and highly organised with good listening and note taking skills.
- Smart, friendly, pro-active and objective-focused, always keeping client and customer in mind.
- Passionate about producing great creative and building relationships.
- Bonus if you have proven use of project management systems and/or asset delivery.
