We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Category Manager to join our Premium Beauty team. In this role, you will support the team in driving growth and profitability of our premium beauty portfolio by assisting with product assortment, market analysis, brand relationships, and promotional planning especially as we head into peak.
Reporting into Category Manager Bethan Manley you will:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, our boots.com colleagues and supply team to execute category strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics, and identify new opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty trends, has strong analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
