This is a hands-on administrative role supporting Store, Area and Regional leaders across the Ireland business. You’ll play a key part in keeping our regional operations running smoothly by delivering accurate, timely and high-quality administrative support.
You’ll work at the heart of the Ireland Region, supporting people systems, payroll-related administration, recruitment trackers and governance processes. Day to day, that means managing data, keeping systems up to date, supporting leaders with queries, and ensuring consistency and compliance across core processes.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and comfortable juggling multiple priorities, with the confidence to work independently while collaborating closely with the Administration Manager and wider regional teams.
What you’ll be doing
- Regional administrative support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Area and Regional leaders across Ireland
- Collate, maintain and distribute reports, trackers and people data in a timely and accurate way
- Support key people systems including PeopleAdmin and Time & Attendance
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process related expenses for the region
- Support our People Systems governance, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Manage leaver processes to prevent salary overpayments and system errors
- Validate contract change requests and issue contract amendment letters in line with governance
- Coach store and Area leaders on Time & Attendance usage, highlighting common errors and improvements
- Support recruitment governance through accurate management of recruitment trackers
- Provide administrative support for new and relocating stores, including vacancy setup, training coordination and core store documentation
- Support seasonal and ad-hoc recruitment campaigns as required
- Assist HR teams with data collation and reporting
- Support payroll administration, exception reporting and system management
- Respond to queries and escalate issues where appropriate
- Support ad-hoc administrative requests across the wider administration team
- Assist with meeting notes, regional case support and documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, ideally within a retail or field-based environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with people or time & attendance systems (e.g. PeopleAdmin, MyTime or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data
- Clear and professional communication skills
- A solid understanding of handling sensitive information and GDPR requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
