As a Counter Manager, you will lead, inspire, and motivate your team to deliver the best shopping experience, helping customers feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. You will be based on our Liz Earle counter in-store and report to the Regional Business Manager. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Inspiring and motivating your team to achieve and exceed sales targets through coaching and feedback
- Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Providing personalized consultations and skin services
- Achieving sales targets by creating business plans and promoting Liz Earle offers
- Completing our 12-month Skin School development programme
- Ensuring your counter is well-presented to showcase our products
- Being an ambassador for the Liz Earle brand
What you\’ll need to have
- A passion for skincare and a love of Liz Earle
- Experience leading and motivating a team to perform and develop
- Outstanding customer service skills with empathy and understanding
- Ability to work with business plans, meet sales targets, and review performance
- Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and expanding skincare knowledge

- Experience using skincare products on customers
