The salary for this role is £26,513.19 - £30,482.35 depending on location. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rata.

About the role:

Ever wondered what a day in the life of a Liz Earle Advisor looks like? Tara shares her experience in this short video. From engaging with customers to providing personalised skincare consultations, Tara's day is filled with helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.

You will be based on our Liz Earle counter in store and report into the Counter Manager. Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Build great relationships with our customers and your colleagues
  • Provide personalised consultations and skin services
  • Meet your sales targets and tell customers about our Liz Earle offers and in-store promotions
  • Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme
  • Ensure your counter is beautifully presented to showcase the range of Liz Earle products

Information about the role:

We are now recruiting Liz Earle Customer Advisor for our Lisburn Sprucefield store. We are looking for candidates to join us from as soon as possible, and who can be flexible to meet our customers’ needs. Your basic hours will be 22.5 per week, and your anticipated days of work will be available to work any day between Monday to Sunday all year round. You will cover AM, PM and evening shifts between the hours of 9am and 9pm which will include weekends. The anticipated shift patterns will be discussed at interview stage.
