About the role
Reporting to the SAP Buy/Plan and Manage Stock Lead within the SAP Centre Of Expertise, you will help drive and QA the Buy/Plan and Manage stock designs within SAP projects/programmes. You will assist other SAP Functional consultants within the team and provide mentorship for junior SAP consultants/graduates. Your role will involve hands-on SAP MM Functional Consulting. As an experienced SAP MM Consultant with VIM experience, you will participate in our SAP S/4HANA implementation and subsequent projects. A good SD knowledge and core MM skillset are also required. You will foster closer relationships with our business customers and lead innovation to contribute to the business.
Key responsibilities
- Drive designs and innovation within the team
- Support the Design Governance within the MM functional area
- Hands-on Functional Consulting in SAP MM on our S/4HANA programme and subsequent projects
- Map requirements-based business processes and data structures in MM
- Support the SAP SD functional area
- Gather, analyze, and coordinate requirements from business areas and implement in SAP, including estimating and resource planning
- Build relationships with business partners to provide solutions and drive innovation
- Design and facilitate workshops
- Mentor team members
Requirements
- Experience in SAP MM functional design, configuration, and delivery
- VIM experience
- Knowledge of cross-modular integration, especially with SD
- SAP Retail experience
- Ability to produce HLDs, DLDs, and functional specifications
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience managing relationships with third-party IT service providers
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
- Stakeholder management skills
- Leadership experience in SAP teams
- S/4HANA knowledge or experience
Desirable skills
- S/4HANA implementation or upgrade experience
