Join our Learning & Development team at Boots as an L&D Content Specialist in Nottingham! In this exciting role, you will be part of a collaborative team of Design & Delivery Specialists, reporting to the Learning and Development Manager. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning content that meets the needs of our global business.
What you'll be doing:
- Design and deliver insight-led digital and face-to-face learning for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create fit-for-purpose learning solutions.
- Gather insights from various sources to inform your design decisions.
- Build strong relationships with learners and subject matter experts to enhance the design process.
- Evaluate the impact of learning initiatives and demonstrate ROI to the business.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves):
- Proven experience in designing and delivering learning initiatives.
- Strong project planning and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate complex concepts into accessible learning.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Platforms.
- A passion for continuous self-development and staying updated with the latest in L&D.
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, and PageTiger.
- A background in evaluating learning effectiveness and ROI measures.
