The Layout Design team within Commercial services works closely with the business to create clear, customer‑friendly store layouts across Boots Pharmacies, Health & Beauty stores and Destination Flagships. This role leads the creation of store layouts for all commercial and customer activity, drawing plans in AutoCAD and Blue Yonder to support category and seasonal initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver AutoCAD and Blue Yonder layouts for all commercial and customer activities within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
- Make customer‑ and finance‑focused micro‑space decisions using appropriate tools.
- Ensure all layouts conform to the brief and layout guidance.
- Maintain quality standards for layout delivery and maintain engagement with stakeholders.
- Manage personal time and workload to meet agreed deadlines and quality standards.
Key Requirements (Must‑haves)
- Experienced user of AutoCAD (essential).
- Strong concern for order and quality.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to change.
- Good numeracy and analytical skills with excellent time management.
